Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion, the tomatoe, the garlic, and the carrot and cook until about 4 minutes. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste; cook 3 more minutes. Add the fishes, the bananas, the potatoes and the coconut milk to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low for 20 minutes.
It is delicious and fresh
